Annual Report

The 2020 Annual Report and Accounts (left and above) is a 44 page document made up of a report section with at-a-glance infographic facts and a comprehensive set of accounts at the end.
New members welcome pack

A 24 page membership guide is a complete guide to what it means to be a member of the BSR and what benefits are available. It comes with an welcome letter in a specially designed folder.

NEIA audit Report

The NEIA audit aims to improve the quality of care for people living with inflammatory arthritis, collecting information on all new patients over the age of 16 in specialist rheumatology departments in England and Wales. Ocean designed both the main 52 page and the 20 page patient report which included 20 sets of infographics that were used in a Twitter campaign for the reports launch at a recent conference and also within the launch powerpoint presentation.

Annual Conference

This three-day conference brings together the entire rheumatological profession to share and exchange clinical best practice.

Ocean worked with BSR to create an engaging and easy to use A5, 32 page programme with listing of events for each day accompanied with a simple key device so viewers could easily see which audiences the talks and seminars were aimed at.

We also created a 12 page, A7 concertina folded pocket guide with at-a-glance tables to see key events on one side and an illustrated venue floor plan and exhibition hall guide on the reverse.

Other event collateral included signage and roller banners for the poster presentation hall as well as a 3.6 x 2.2 metre floor plan signage with exhibitor listing.

Fianlly we brought to life a static ‘welcoming’ image of a person as a looped video file that waved and welcomed newcomers to the registration desk.

Conference material

The two-day case-based conference brings together consultants, next generation rheumatologists and other members of the MDT to share and exchange clinical best practice. The Paediatric and Adolescent Rheumatology Conference is the dedicated conference for paediatric and adolescent rheumatology in the UK, which provides a unique forum bringing together multidisciplinary teams who manage paediatric rheumatology. Ocean worked with BSR to create a 16 page, A5 programme, signage, roller banners for the poster presentation hall as well as a large floor plan signage with exhibitor listing for each event.

This six page tri folded factsheet is an introduction to rheumatology – what conditions it covers, how many people it affects, and what the rheumatology service looks like. It covers a number of key rheumatic conditions, the make up of the multidisciplinary team, and an overview of the rheumatology pathway.
