Who we are

Ocean was founded in 1996 by Steven Randall who wanted to offer a quality and affordable design service to a range of smaller independent clients who, at that time, were not able to afford the costs of the larger design agencies that dominated the business world.
Prior to forming Ocean, Steven gained many years experience working for a number of well-known design consultancies in central London.
He has helped major clients including Pearson, British Gas, Abbey National, Glaxo and County Natwest Ventures build their brands and it is with this experience of the corporate world that he draws on today.
Ocean is still driven by offering a personal, cost-effective and quality design service which, after 25 years of business practice, has been the backbone of its success with a client base that includes small start-up companies, membership organisations, major corporate clients and everything inbetween.

What we offer

Ocean offers a full design service from initial briefing meetings, generating concept ideas and development of the concept idea through to final artwork for digital and/or print use.
Our aim is always to listen first to what the clients aspirations are. Then by research and assessing the nature of the project and its objectives we are able to explore creative techniques, systems and ideas that will eventually bring the finished design to fruition.
