The Gatehouse
Copping Joyce Surveyors is a unique independent multi practice firm of Chartered Surveyors, based in Central London. Their brief to Ocean was to create and produce some design material that could be used for the marketing of 'The Gatehouse', a newly refurbished office development within City Cloisters near Old Street in London. The brief called for something classic, contemporary and simple with good use of images and minimum text. The finished results consisted of a beautifully simple brochure (pictured left) with a clean layout and stunning photos. Client: Copping Joyce Surveyors Website www.coppingjoyce.co.uk

We also created a responsive website that mirrored the brochure in order to build consistency.

PDF brochure
The third piece was a two page digital pdf brochure that could be emailed and would act as a teaser to gain interest, draw people to the website and also act as an introduction to the property.
